A Single Applicant Journey for all Services

Spotlite integrates Address, Passport, NI Number, Right to Work (RTW), References, PEPS, Sanctions, Adverse Media, and Companies House Checks into a single streamlined process—including DBS Digital Identity Checks for fast and compliant hiring.

Remote & In Person Screening Options

Remote: We process British and Irish passports and Home Office Share Codes remotely.  
In-Person: For applicants without the right documents or a smartphone, your agents can scan List A and List B paper documents face-to-face.

Extending RTW for DBS Checks

Our RTW journeys extend to capture DBS information, creating a unique, simple, single journey for Digital ID, RTW, and DBS.

Handling Applicants Without Photo ID

If an applicant requiring Pre-employment Screening does not have Photo ID, we use Open Banking to validate identity, ensuring the High Level of Assurance required by DBS. This removes the need to send applicants to the Post Office for ID verification.

Application Processing Results

We submit the application to the relevant bodies for processing. We will notify you if there is anything reported on the checks.
